Its digital presence across Hong Kong and Singapore by integrating a new web app that mirrors the comprehensive features of its mobile app. The challenge was to design an intuitive onboarding flow, enhance membership management, and introduce a new home menu that aligns with the localized needs of both regions. We emphasised creating an intuitive onboarding process, easy stage selection, and a robust community feature alongside resources, profile management, and support systems. By harmonising design elements and user flows, we ensured that the platform meets the specific needs of users in each region while maintaining global brand consistency.
